How To Reschedule An Appointment

1. Login to your account.




2. Navigate to the top of the page and click listings.





3. Find the property you wish to reschedule/cancel and click the small calendar icon.




4. Click on “Request a Reschedule.” 
NOTE: If you reschedule your appointment at least 24-Hours in advance your reschedule does not need to be approved by Exposure It.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 fee.




5. The reschedule request screen will appear and you must fill out 3 things...
  1. The reason for rescheduling and add a brief explanation
  2. Choose your preferred photographer or first available.
  3. Choose the time you would like the appointment moved to. 




6. If the suggested times do not work, simply select “Let Me See All Options” and select the time that works best for you!




7. You’ll receive a message that reads “Your Reschedule Request Has Been Submitted”

8. You will also receive a new confirmation email with the updated booking information.
