How To Cancel An Appointment

1. Login to your account.




2. Navigate to the top of the page and click listings.





3. Find the property you wish to reschedule/cancel and click the small calendar icon.




4. Click on “Cancel Appointment.” 
NOTE: If you reschedule your appointment at least 24-Hours in advance your reschedule does not need to be approved by Exposure It.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 fee.




5. The cancellation screen will appear and you must fill out 3 things...
  1. The reason for the cancellation
  2. Provide a brief explanation for the change
  3. Hit Confirm




7. You’ll receive a message that reads “You have requested to cancel your appointment” and your appointment will be removed from the schedule.

8. You will also receive a confirmation email letting you know that your appointment has been canceled.
