Customizing A Property Website - Videos

Getting Started

1. Login to your account.



2. Navigate to the top of the page and click listings.




3. Find the property you wish to edit and, in the panel for that property, you can hover over the 5 buttons at the bottom to see what they are:
    • View order details
    • Download assets
    • Single property website
    • Property website builder
    • Open marketing toolkit


4. For this tutorial, click: PROPERTY WEBSITE BUILDER

And this is the page that will open:



Sections: Videos

The next section is Videos. If you click it, the panel will open/expand.



This is where you can find all of your videos of the property (cinematic/vertical/drone) that we uploaded.

You can add a name/description to your video(s).



*THE DISPLAY NAME ONLY APPEARS WHEN THERE IS MORE THAN ONE TOUR ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPERTY*
This is because the site can only feature one at a time, but when there is a single tour, there is no need to differentiate.




There is also the option to have an unbranded and/or branded video - branded videos contains elements like your team/brokerage logo/colors/fonts/etc.

(9/10 times you won't need to worry about this because we will upload these from your appointment)


You can pick/change the thumbnail for the video (the picture displayed overtop of the video until you hit play).
'From Gallery' will open all the photos we uploaded whereas 'Custom' will ask you to upload one from your device
