Customizing A Property Website - Google Maps

Getting Started

1. Login to your account.

2. Navigate to the top of the page and click listings.

3. Find the property you wish to edit and, in the panel for that property, you can hover over the 5 buttons at the bottom to see what they are:
    • View order details
    • Download assets
    • Single property website
    • Property website builder
    • Open marketing toolkit

4. For this tutorial, click: PROPERTY WEBSITE BUILDER

And this is the page that will open:

Sections: Google Maps

The next section is Google Maps. If you click it, the panel will open/expand.

This is where clients can see the property's location on a map view while also seeing what's around it (schools, parks, restaurants, coffee, gas stations, and gyms).

There is not much to change/edit in this section...

You can change the name of the section title and subtitle.

(Title: Locations & Nearby Places | Subtitle: Bradford Woods Area)

And you can toggle on/off the points of interest.

**However, If you turn off points of interest, they will still be able to see the map but will not be able to view/toggle on the alt. locations**
(schools, parks, restaurants, coffee, gas stations, and gyms)

When viewing the website, if the points of interest are on, clients will be able to select different places and see their location on a map in relation to the listing location.
(Yes, the map style is different in this picture. When you click on the map it goes from the previous style to this version)

Using keyboard shortcuts, you can move the map around/zoom in and out just like in regular Google Maps
If you click on it, a box will pop up and tell you what the shortcuts are

The next section is Contact Info.
